Congratulations on your upcoming retirement! We're excited that you are beginning a new chapter and wanted to make sure we provide you all the information you may need to navigate your benefits, Medicare and deferred compensation into and through retirement.
We have created a 2 hour session that will provide you important information on all three topics, while allowing you, before you retire, to receive answers to questions you may have.
Topics Include:
- Deferred Compensation accounts and how to manage the account in retirement.
- Retaining benefits through the County, available alternatives and the impact of your elections
- Medicare 101, an overview of the Medicare program and how to navigate your elections
The meeting schedule is listed below. All sessions will be conducted over BlueJeans, the County's on-line meeting platform and will be interactive with benefit information provided by the benefits team, and then a question and answer session.
