County Employee Reasonable Accommodations: the Disability Compliance Office facilitates and coordinates reasonable accommodations, as defined by the ADA and the California Fair Employment & Housing Act (FEHA), for all County employees with d​isabilities.  A reasonable accommodation is a logical adjustment made to a job and/or the environment that enables an otherwise qualified person with a disability to perform the essential functions of their positions.  

Training: the Disability Compliance Office provides Reasonable Accommodation training for County employees and supervisors on their rights and responsibilities, disability sensitivity, and inclusive workplace strategies. To request training, email DCO@SacCounty.gov.
